This Privacy Policy details how we treat Personal Information collected from visitors to our Site where this Policy resides (collectively, our “Services”). Personal information is sometimes also referred to as personal data, personally identifiable information or other like terms that mean any information that directly or indirectly identifies you or is reasonably capable of being associated with or your household. The Site and Services are intended for business-to-business transactions only, and, with the exception of certain sections of the Site where we may require you to submit limited personal information or invite you to submit personal information, we do not knowingly collect the personal information of individual consumers. By using our Site and Services or otherwise providing any information to the Company, you are acknowledging that you are a representative or agent of a business and not an individual consumer.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect personal information when you visit our Site or use our Services. For example, when you contact us on our Site, we collect name and business contact information (such as your email address,  and phone number), information regarding your properties of interest,  and any other information you choose to provide. If you are a tenant submitting a rent payment or a deposit, we may collect additional information, including credit or debit card number, billing address, company or business name, property name, and rent payment amount.

When you visit our Site or use our Services, we may also automatically collect information about your device, browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifier.

2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use information to contact you and respond to you. We use your information to respond to your questions and requests. This includes questions about our properties or your relationship with us. We also use your information to otherwise communicate with you, including about our Services that you have used or that may be of interest to you and notices about events.

Neither our Site nor our Services are intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under the age of 18. If we discover that we have received information directly from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information. We allow others to provide analytics and serve advertising services on our behalf across the web and in mobile apps. Through GTM, we implement Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads Universal Event Tracking. These tools help us understand how visitors interact with our Services and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. Google may collect and process data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Microsoft may collect and process data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We may use tools such as Google Consent Mode to adjust how these technologies operate based on your preferences and applicable law. Where required by applicable law, we provide you with choices regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies, including for analytics and advertising purposes. However, our use of certain third-party advertising and analytics technologies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA to the extent that data collected through those technologies is disclosed to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. You may opt out of the sharing of your personal information at any time by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our Site or by adjusting your cookie and tracking preferences through our cookie consent tool.

We do not knowingly sell, share, use for targeted advertising, or disclose the personal information of children under the age of 16.

1. We Honor Opt-Out Preference Signals
We honor opt-out preference signals. An opt-out preference signal is a signal that is sent by a platform on your behalf that communicates your choice to opt-out of the sharing for targeted advertisements or sale of your personal information. 2. “Do Not Track” Requests
Certain web browsers may provide an option by which you may request your browser to inform websites you visit that you do not wish your activities to be tracked by cookies or other persistent identifiers, commonly called “Do Not Track Signals.” Our website currently does not respond to Do Not Track Signals. However, as noted above, we do honor opt-out preference signals.

E. Instructions on How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

In some instances, we will need to verify your identity before honoring your privacy right request. We will verify your identity by asking you to provide personal information related to your recent interactions with us, such as your name. We will honor your privacy rights request within 45 calendar days of receipt, unless we request an extension as permitted by data privacy laws.
